Midwest Electronic Systems offers online chat help, telephone assistance, hourly service calls and quoted service agreements to best suit your companies needs on the following types of systems: Fire Alarm, Burglar Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, Nurse Call, Intercom, Paging & Master Clock Systems.
Our technicians are factory trained and knowledgeable about our products. Each of them are NICET & OSHA certified. Our technician’s vehicles are tracked 24 hours a day by our FleetMatics tracking system and the technicians are required to send updates upon arrival and departure of each customer/appointment. This ensures timely service and great communication between our technicians and our service manager. · Hourly Service – Midwest Electronics’ technicians can be scheduled for service at your home or place of business within the next business day by calling the Service Manager at 573.443.5343 or 314.569.2814 or by emailing your service request to (service email). We are also available for 24 hour service if necessary at the above numbers and email address. Midwest Electronic Systems charges $125 per hour with a 1 hour minimum for business hour’s service calls and $187.50 per hour for after hour’s service calls.
